Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha are now officially husband and wife after a grand wedding ceremony in Udaipur in the presence of close friends and relatives. The duo dated each other for quite a long time, but did you know when they had their first encounter? The two met each other at the first-ever India UK Outstanding Achiever Honours in London and they were the key recipients in the event along with Serum Institute of India CEO, Adar Poonawalla, and Indian women’s football team goalkeeper Aditi Chauhan. Parineeti Chopra was the student of Manchester Business School while Raghav Chadha studied at the London School of Economics. The couple were named 'Outstanding Achievers' in their very first meet and that's how their love life started. Both of them were included in the 75 achievers list from over 1,000 applications by an eminent jury made up of educational experts. That's how the love story of a politician and a Bollywood actress actually started. Parineeti made her debut in the industry with Ladies vs. Ricky Bahl and has since been on a remarkable journey, featuring in various entertaining projects like Meri Pyaari Bindu, Kill Dil and Ishaqzaade. On the other hand, Raghav Chadha, initially a chartered accountant, joined forces with the Aam Aadmi Party during its inception. Notably, he achieved success in the 2015 Delhi assembly elections and in 2022, he was appointed as a Rajya Sabha member.
Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra's upcoming project is Mission Raniganj, where she shares the screen with Akshay Kumar. The movie also features a talented ensemble cast including Kumud Mishra, Ravi Kishan, Varun Badola among others. The film is slated for October 6 release.
